Google Nest Hub Stuck on Connected / Link Account

My Nest Hub kept disconnecting and would require a restart. I found a post that recommended a factory reset, so I did that and removed the device via the Google Home app.

 
After setting everything back up, the Nest Hub showed up in my Google Home app but the screen is stuck on Link Account. I can send the reboot command to the device but nothing else.
 
I tried resetting up the device again but then I get stuck on the "Connected" screen. From here, if I reboot, I go back to the "Link Account" screen. The device again shows up in my device list and looking at the details shows my account as a linked account. 
 
Any way to get past this?

The issue did seem to fix itself. I had the hub off for a few days and I just plugged it back in. Setup was able to be completed and everything appears to be working properly again.
