Google Nest Hub beeldscherm blijft zwart

Na mijn vakantie wil ik mijn google nest hub weer opstarten, helaas gaat dat niet het lukken, het beeldscherm blijft op zwart staan, een reset geprobeerd dat gaat ook niet, de hub krijgt wel stroom dat kan ik zien door dat de microfoon lampje brandt...wie weet hier de oplossing dat de google nest hub weer doet

I understand your Google Nest Hub is displaying a black screen after your vacation, even after you've reset it and confirmed it's powered on with the microphone light illuminated. • Which generation is your Google Nest Hub?
  
• Was the device dropped or knocked over?
• What is the firmware version of your Google Nest Hub? Here’s a helpful article about how to find the firmware version of your device.
• Would you mind sharing a picture of the Nest display screen?

In the meantime, I’d suggest checking the following:

• Check if the Google Assistant responds to voice commands.
• Try plugging the device into a different outlet and performing a reboot once more. For reference, please see this article: Reboot Google Nest or Home speaker or display.
