My Google Nest Hub is no longer functioning properly. Upon startup, it only displays a black screen with a light grey vertical bar on the right-hand side. The screen remains frozen in this state and I’m unable to interact with the device in any way.
I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:
Power cycled the device by unplugging and reconnecting it.
Performed a factory reset by holding both volume buttons for more than 10 seconds.
Tried different power cables and outlets.
Left the device powered for over 10 minutes to see if it would recover.
Notably, the device still appears in my Google Home app, but I am unable to control it — no commands or settings respond.
It seems the system may be stuck due to a firmware or software issue. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this problem.

Strangely i have the same issue.
