Google Nest Hub blurred/black screen

Hello,

My Nest Hub, which I've been using for the past few years, has recently had some kind of display issue where the screen is completely burred and illegible. I don't know how to link photos here, so I'd describe it as looking like smeared paint on a canvas. I tested the voice commands and it did respond appropriately. I've factory reset the device, but the issue persists. As far as I know, the device was not damaged prior to this issue; it just suddenly stopped displaying properly. I'd appreciate any support in fixing the issue and getting back to using my Next Hub. Thanks!
