Hello!
My Google Nest Hub (2nd gen) does not work with the wifi in my apartment. It is a shared wifi connection.
I am quite sure the problem is the wifi because I managed to connect it and finalise the setup with my iPhone using another wifi connection - which is not in my place -.
When trying to configure Nest Hub from my apartment the message "Something went wrong" appears. - Picture attached -
Since this is the only wifi I have access to from my apartment, how can I solve this problem?
Thank you!

Hey annaaa,
Thanks for reaching out.
Setting up Google Nest devices using a shared Wi-Fi connection isn't officially supported and it may or may not work properly. You can either ask your apartment network administrator to manually add your device to your network using the MAC address of your device or use your own network. Check this guide for more information.
Best,
Alex
