Google Nest Hub has black vertical lines on the screen

Hi,

I had bought the nest hub last year and was working nice until 3 months ago it started getting black lines on the left side of the screen. I tried resetting it but it did not change anything.

It has not fallen down or is not in rough use 

Please get back to me as soon as possible

I already tried it but no reply from them anything else I could do
