I getting to the point that I feel that I have wasted £219.00. I try and get the Spotify to play what I want on the Spotify and it gives me stuff that was recommended which I didn't want or need I am following loads of artists on Spotify that I would rather play and I would like to listen to those that I following not the rubbish Google think I should be listening to.
Another frustration is if I am listening to an online radio station through their website after ten minutes it goes off which is a stupid thing to have and that needs to be rid of.
Another problem is that voice command doesn't respond unless I'm shouting at the **bleep** thing. Also the clunkyness of the whole software makes it an unpleasant thing to use and it needs sorting out. If Amazon can do it with there echo home device surely a massive company could get it sorted out of the box, but then again it looks like Google doesn't care about the people who went out and bought these units to get them right. It just leaves me frustrated if I use the unit so at the moment it is an expensive screensaver with all the different art work that appears.
Finally the browser that is built into the Google nest hub max is a load of rubbish and trying to log into Google play saying that the browser is insecure. What a Google browser that is insecure on their own system. It just shows that the software sounds like an after thought and not been fully tested it get it right out of the box first time.
