Google Nest Hub not recognising commands

Hey All, my google nest hub used to respond if I said "increase volume by 20%" it now says it doesnt recognise the command and instead try "increas the volume by 20%" so I try that and it says it can't recognise it and then tells me again to try the initial command and still says it cannot recognise it. I try all the suggested wording and phrases but does not recognise any of it's own command suggestions.
