Google Nest Hub stuck on clock

I swipe to the right and all I get is a clock and the google assistant icon. Then sometimes I swipe and it works just fine! I've tried resetting and it doesn't work the only way to fix it is restarting the nest but after a while it just goes back to only showing the clock. Please help this is very frustrating.

Is it the first gen or second-gen Nest Hub? Are you able to swipe from the top or the bottom of the screen? Does your Nest Hub respond to voice commands when it's stuck on the clock? When did your issue begin? Were there any changes prior to the issue starting?
