I can't get my music to play on more than one device. Usually play on "Family", all device's round house. Now there is a problem. Looked on my phone and nothing looks wrong. Have turned everything off then rest but no joy. Can anyone help me please. Sandra

This is not the experience that we wanted you to have; let me help you out. A few things: which Nest speakers are we working on? Are you playing music to your speaker group via voice command or casting? What message are you getting every time you try to play music in your speaker group? Is it specific to one music provider?
You can go ahead and do a sequential reboot. First, unplug your Nest speakers for 30 seconds, then do the same thing to your Wi-Fi router to refresh both devices and your Wi-Fi signal.
