Google Nest Hub verbindet sich nicht mit WLAN

Evtl. kann mir hier jemand weiterhelfen. Ich versuche vergeblich einen Google Nest Hu 2 mit dem WLAN zu verbinden. Ich komme immer nur bis zu dem Punkt wählen Sie das WLAN aus. Wähle ich das richtige WLAN aus versucht der Nest HUB sich mit dem WLAN zu verbinden - bricht dann immer mit der Fehlermeldung ab Verbindung nicht möglich. Ich habe bereits alles probiert. WLAN mit 2,4 Ghz oder 5 Ghz automatische Kanalwahl, manuelle Kanalwahl, mit WPA, WPA2 und ohne und und und. Eine Doorbell und Lautsprecher lassen sich ohne Probleme mit dem WLAN verbinden. Das Gerät wurde schon getauscht

That certainly hasn’t been easy for you ― let’s check it out. A few things: is this for a first time setup after it was replaced? What phone do you use for setup? What country are you located in?What are the Nest speakers you mentioned that are already connected to your Wi-Fi? It would help a lot if you could do a sequential reboot first: 

1. Unplug the power cord of your router followed by your Nest speakers.
2. Plug them back in after 3 minutes tops.
3. Restarting your phone might also help.

To eliminate network issues, please try setting up your device using a mobile hotspot. Please note that you will need two mobile devices for this setup (one will serve as a router and the other to be used to set up your Google Home/Nest devices). Once done, check if your device will have the same behavior.
