Google Nest Hub swipe up not working

I bought my Google Nest Hub about 6 months ago and today, while trying to pair my AirPods, it asked me to swipe up from the bottom to start the process. I tried doing it and noting happened, seems to not be working. Swiping down from the top or swiping to the sides works just fine. Already tried unplugging several times and nothing seems to work.

I know how it feels when you can't connect your Airpods to your Google Nest Hub. To confirm, are you trying to connect it via Bluetooth? Which specific Google Nest Hub do you have (1st, 2nd gen, Hub Max)? Are you able to connect your Nest Hub to other devices?

Please send a video showing the issue on your Nest display so we can see what's going on with your device.
