Google Nest Hub turned off itself and won't turn on at all

We do not use it everyday, we use it simply checking weather and play music sometimes.

Usually we can see the screen with weather and clock.

One day Google Nest Hub turned off itself and won't turn on at all. We tried to reconnected, unplugging it several times in different days. Nothing happen, no light, none any signal. We bought it last year in Nov.

It's broken less than a year!?

Hi, @Rabbitbin,

Thank you so much for posting in the community. I'm sorry to hear your Google Nest hub won’t turn on. I am happy to provide you with further assistance.

Here are some troubleshooting steps you can follow:

  1. Confirm that the device is powered on (turn on the privacy switch to check if the light comes on, or ask a question and check if the Assistant responds).
  2. Make sure the Google Home App's  brightness offset isn't too low.
  3. Reboot your Nest Hub.
  4. If the display is still completely black, perform a factory reset.

Keep me posted.

Best regards,

Ana.
