Google Nest Hub won't specifically play 77WABC radio

My Google Nest Hub won't specifically play 77WABC radio via IHeartRadio. This has always worked fine until about 3 or 4 days ago. When I give the command, the IHR screen appears for a second, then nothing. I've tried several other radio stations on the Hub, and they all work fine. And I know I'm not doing anything on my network that will specifically block 77WABC, because this works fine on my GoogleTV or my phone. I've tried factory resets to no avail.

Same thing happening for me for the last week with KEXP, on Audacy, iHeartRadio, and Tunein. I also tried 95.7 The Game, which I think in only on Audacy, same thing happens, black screen with the app logo. I can get KCRW to play, but it will automatically choose KCRW HD2 (Eclectic 24), where it used to actually play KCRW 89.9, which is different.

I thought it would only last a few days, but it's been a week now.

system firmware: 26.20250116.103.2201

Cast firmware: 3.76.463359

Command I use 'Play 77wabc radio', but I've tried variations on this.

Hub replies with 'Streaming WABC radio from IHeartRadio'. IHeartradio screen appears for second with 77WABC logo, then goes back to clock display. No sound.

I've tried other radio stations with no problem. Seem to be specific to WABC. I have no problem playing WABC thru iheartradio on other places in my network, like my my Google TV or my phone.

I'm not sure what other troubleshooting steps I could take with this device.

Thanks for the update. I would like to gather some additional data and perform some verification steps to try to isolate the problem.

• Have you tried unlinking and then relinking the radio service through the Google Home app? Here is an article that will guide you step by step to do it: Link your radio services.

• Could you try a quick reboot of your Google Nest Hub? If you haven't done so already, please unplug it from the power for about a minute and then plug it back in.
• Could you try saying, 'Hey Google, play 77WABC radio on iHeartRadio'? Do you get the same behavior? Can you try searching by name, frequency, or call sign?

I do have the IHeartRadio app, and I'm signed on with the same account, but IHeartRadio does not appear under 'Radio' services. It is linked in 'Music' services, and is selected as default to play music.  The hub will play other radio stations from IHeartRadio without an issue.

Rebooting doesn't help. I even tried a factory reset.

I tried these other command you suggested, same behavior. Hub replies with 'Streaming WABC radio from IHeartRadio'. The IHR screen appears for a second, with the 77WABC logo, but goes back to screensaver after a second. No sound

i have the same problem, i cant stream wabc radio anymore from iheart radio. my devise is connected to the internet. something changed. the only image on the screen is "iheartRADIO".  and total silence.
