Google Nest Hub

Hello,

We just got the Google Nest Hubs in our house when we had the alarm system installed. The tech set them up for each room and they were individually labeled for the rooms(5 total). If I were to send a family broadcast, I could send one to the individual room as they were labeled. Now, the family broadcast shows only 3 hubs with all the same name. However, in Google home, all 5 are showing and individually labeled. How do I get my hubs back to the way they were when the tech set them up? I was thinking about a factory reset and set them up all over again but that seems like it would overkill and time consuming. Please advise.
