Google Nest Max will not turn on

Tongues
Community Member

My Google Nest Max has turned off and will not switch back on. Black screen and no lights or sign of any life. I have tried holding the volume buttons down and plugging in the power. Also tried unplugging 11+ times each time waiting for 10 secs. Also tried different plug sockets. It is not showing on the app. Anyone else have any tips? Thanks!
