I have several Nest Minis, and one of them keeps getting removed, several times a day.
I have tried factory resetting the device, and re-adding it from scratch, and it always disconnects. There are 2 accounts associated with this "home", and it reports the other one removed it, from both devices (So on my Google Home I get a notification that my wife removed it, and on her Google Home she gets a notification that I removed it, but neither of us did). Re-adding it goes through the setup just fine, though it appears as "Offline" in the devices tab.
According to the Home app, it's running:
Firmware Version: 384934,
Cast firmware: 2.58.384934
