My nest mini is connected and working just fine. When I open my Google home app and I open the nest mini, it says connecting and then the message says "not available". My phone and the speaker are connected to the same network. It works perfectly fine other than this issue. I have factory rebooted it 3 times and disconnected the internet router multiple time. Any suggestions?

Thanks for stopping by on the Google Nest Community Forum and we appreciate you doing those steps.
A few questions: how far is your Nest Mini from your router? Were there any recent changes to your network? Also, do you have a single or dual-band router? When you said you did a factory reboot, are the steps same with these steps?
