i can not set up my nest mini

Hey Criley1017,

 

Thanks for visiting the Community. 
 

I'd like to ask a few questions so we can sort this out. 

 

  1. Is it the first time you're setting up your Nest Mini? If so, on what part you're having a problem?
  2. If you're using an Android, make sure the Location is on.
  3. If you're using an iPhone, make sure Bluetooth and Local Network Access is turned on for the Google Home app.
  4. Are you getting any message when you're setting it up?
