Google Nest Speaker no longer plays BBC stations, very frustrating, time to get Alexa!

BBC was working for the last year and suddenly it stopped and Google started to use “TuneIn” which it then says won’t work in my region! I’ve rebooted many times and occasionally it works and then next time I instruct Google to play a BBC radio station it says it’s not available. 
It’s been impossible to get any resolution and my frustration has reached the limit, so I’m now ordering an Alexa. That will sort the problem out!

Sorry to hear that you're having issues streaming BBC on your Google Home/Nest devices. Let's try to get to the bottom of this. A few questions: what country are you located in? What is the specific command that you're saying? Are you able to play music or listen to different radio stations? What is the language set on your device?
