Google Nest Speakers

Hello, Purchased a Google Nest Speaker in November 2022. Today, it stopped working all together.

Stops/starts pairing when playing music, not connecting to a perfectly strong wifi connection, not responding.

Tried to get Google to be HUMAN and advise on where to ship this piece of crap back and I get Joseph who was actually helpful then transfters me to a less than Human-human Luis. Asks me what 'steps I took to troubleshoot' advised that I followed Google steps on line then asks me to "what did you do exactly"... are you kidding me? Was thinking of purchasing another one for my spare room and was going to purchase one of their phones later this summer. After this horrible experience, I'm going to go somewhere else. Been pretty happy thus far until this experience and having to deal with "Luis" turned my stomach.

Good morning Muddi,

Thank you for your response (and follow-up). It works but then it unpairs and has trouble connecting to the internet again. Right now it's working, but not sure for how long. 

To answer your first question, unfortunately I did not receive an incident # as Luis greatly irritated me and I left the chat. Again, was planning to purchase another speaker for the spare room  and a Pixel 7 series phone - now I'm not too convinced that I will receive the proper support should I need it after my experience with Luis/Google. Thanks kindly again for following up.
