Hello,
I just set up a Google Nest that I got as a freebie with a larger purchase, and now I've linked our YouTube Premium account to it so that we can play YouTube music. We have the device in a central area and use it to only play songs and playlists for our children.
We are having a problem that we will ask for one particular song "Hey Google, play ______ on YouTube Music" and it works well, but then it continues to then play another music video automatically.
I've gone so far as to completely disable YouTube video from the device entirely, yet YouTube music still automatically starts playing a music video that I didn't want.
1) I would like to know how to disable autoplay in YouTube Music when I only asked for one song.
(I have gone into the YouTube settings [Notifications & Digital Wellbeing > YouTube Settings] and disabled the autoplay, and that works on YouTube videos, but not YouTube Music)
2) I would like to know how to disable music videos.
I would hope these are options on this device, because if not I won't be able to trust it to play music around my children without playing something unknown directly after. This would negate our use of this device, and end up with us just unplugging it.
Hope there's something I'm just missing out there to solve this.

Hi DarkF1ame,
Thanks for reaching out. To turn off auto-play, go to the now playing screen and click on "UP NEXT" There, you should be able to scroll down the queue and find the "Auto-play" option to turn off. Check out the steps below on how to disable videos on YouTube Music:
I hope this helps.
Regards,
Juni

Hello, I am sure that I’m missing something, but I can’t find an Auto Play toggle for YouTube Music on the Google Nest, iOS, or Chrome (desktop) interface. I see the list of upcoming songs, I see the Up Next tab, and I have expanded it, scrolled as far down as I can, etc.
Am I missing something incredibly simple? I am starting to think I’m going blind…
Edit: I have found the setting when I have started a playlist playing, but my specific example was for when I just choose one song to play. When selecting only one song to play I don’t see the setting.
