Google Nest audio speakers do not work anymore!

Hi! My 2 google nest audio speakers do not work anymore. No lights are shown, nothing.... can you help me to get them to work again?! Thanks

I’m sorry to hear about what happened with your two Google Nest Audio speakers. Let’s see what we can do. A few questions: are you still using the official power cords that came with your Google Nest Audio devices? Are they plugged into a wall outlet or surge protector? Have you tried to switch the power cords and see if they will power on? Do you have other Google Nest Audio devices aside from these two?

hi Alex thanks for replying!

I am still using the original power cords, they are both plugged into a wall outlet and I have switched them but no "life" in both of the nest audio devices...

I don't have other nest audio devices... I have got google mini's and google hubs but they all work...

It is now almost 2 weeks ago that I filled in the form you asked me to, and still haven't heard from "the team"... what is the solution to my problem? I have 2 almost new speakers and they don't work anymore... can you please take this issue serious!?
