We bought a google nest audio speaker about a month ago, after some difficulties we got it set up on our two iphone using google home to play Spotify (we have Premium). Since then most of the time when we play Spotify and try to play it through the nest, the speaker simply doesn't show up as an option.
We've tried a full factory reset which worked for one of the phones for half a day, then it dropped off again. Since then we haven't been able to get it to work again.
We are very very frustrated. Can you please tell us what to do. We are about to return it to the shop, very dissatisfied.

I now can't even connect from my iphone to the speaker - it can't find it in Google Home
