I set up a Nest Hub (2nd gen) a couple of days ago and I've experienced issues since setting it up.
It started when, after setting up the "Display" section of the Home app in the evening, accessing this section the following morning crashed the app, both on the phone I used to set it up as well as in a phone with a newly installed Home app. A factory reset solved this issue.
After resetting it to factory a few times and connecting to both the 5gz and the 2.4ghz networks (settled in the 2.4 for compatibility with the Wyze cameras), I started to experience random freezes when playing Spotify audio and random reboots with the Photo Frame display as well as when displaying the camera feed.
I tried a different power outlet as I've read that it sometimes helps to no avail: it just froze again.
Any ideas? At this point it seems like a hardware issue as it installed an update immediately after turning it on so it's up-to-date.

I'm experiencing a similar issue. When Gmail launches in the browsers, Gmail starts in the browser then freezes with black screen. This is post initial Gmail login. Any other url seems to be fine.
