Hey i Just hot a Nest Hub Gen 2. I activated all settings for the sleep sensor. When i go to bed, the symbol for the sleep sensor appears. But every morning it says "No sleep data available" and that i have to activate the sleep sensor for sleep data. I tried everthing in the Nest Hub 2 Page. I think its broken?

I also recently purchased a nest hub and I'm encountering the same error. It calibrates fine, and sleep sensor appears, but it's not tracking when I check for data. I was hoping to find an answer before I return the hub.

Yep, same here Unit says calibration worked but I'm not getting any data.

Hey!
I contacted Google Nest Support and we chatted for an hour ckecking all the settings and If i Had all needed Apps downloaded. somehow it worked! I can Just recommend chatting or calling them.
For me: i have Google Pixel but could still Download the Google assistant App from the Play Store. I think that was the Problem? I didnt really Change anything Else
