Google nest hub connects to our phones via Spotify but crashes after a few minutes of playing music. This happens on both IOS and android. We have restarted several times and unplugged.

Hi @Ealikhanian

You could try doing a factory reset to see if this helps. 😊
Please remove the Hub from your Google Home app before setting it up like a new device.

Hi Ealikhanian,

I'm jumping in to ensure everything is good here. Have you seen RXShorty’s response? Let us know of the answers so we could take a closer look at them.

Best,

This happened to my GEN 2 next as well. I tried unlinking and linking the Account in Google Home, I tried modifying the Digital Wellbeing of the devices in Google Home, I tried a factory reset and all to no avail.

I ended up returning it because it couldn't even finish a single Spotify song. Worked perfectly with Google Music and YouTube though, I am sure that is just a coincidence.
