Both of my 2nd gen Nest mini's are no longer connecting to my WiFi router, unplugged both devices as well as router, and tried again to no avail, also tried factory reset on both devices, still no luck - just the same message from the Nests, "sorry there was a glitch" or "please try again in a few seconds". Upon setup with the Google Home app the devices are found and recognised, so they do work fine, they just don't want to connect to my router. Some advice I found online recommended disabling AP settings or something or other, but no idea how this works.

Google issue, no response from them yet. You'll likely need to disable IPV6 in your router in favour of IPV4 to get this to work. This seems to be an issue since the last firmware update. I have 3 unusable minis myself, 2 gen 1, and a gen 2. Downgrading your internet protocol is currently the only fix until/if google fix it.

Yeah the "release notes" are about as useful as a chocolate teapot. "Bug fixes", care to elaborate on this? How do we know if our bug is one of them.
