Google Nest mini not recognizing spotify premiun

Google nest mini has only 1 account linked on spotify which has premium but doesn't let me shuffle or play songs that I want and also gives advertisements for Spotify premium. Spotify premium works perfectly on phone and laptop but as soon as I cast to nest mini the shuffle button is greyed out and not letting me pick songs

Thank you for posting in the community. I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing some inconveniences with your Nest Mini speaker playing Spotify. I'm happy to help.

Can you confirm you're using the same email for your Spotify account and the Google Home app?

In the meantime, please confirm that you have linked your Spotify account to the Google Home app, as described in the article "Link your music services and set your default service."
