Google Nest plays music after I have asked it to stop

I'm using the Google Nest Wifi Home Mesh (Base Router + 2 wifi points). 

I am using Apple Music to play songs. I can get the music to stop by saying, "Hey Google, stop music."  After a few minutes, the music resumes.  I have resorted to switching off the power to the wifi point.

• Are your speakers in a speaker group? Or are all of the devices playing by itself alone? Both
• Does this happen with all types of media? Only using Apple Music at the moment
• Do you have any routines set up? No
• What troubleshooting steps have you tried? Switched power on/off

Sorry for the late reply. I wanted to follow up and see if you are still in need of any help with your device no longer playing music? I know this is not an ideal situation. Please let me know if you are still having any trouble from here, as I would be happy to take a closer look and assist you further.

It kept happening so I gave the system away. This still needs a fix as I see others who are experiencing this issue.
