Google Nest "please log in to your google home app"

Hi

My Google Nest keeps saying "please log in to your Google home app" 

I have factory reset the hub, set up two accounts and it still won't let me log in

To gather more information, I'd like to ask the following questions:

 

  • What is the generation of your Nest Hub?
  • When did the inconvenience start?
  • What is the LED status light on your Nest Hub?
  • How frequently does the device unlink from the Google Home app?
  • Are you experiencing any Wi-Fi issues in your home?

To better assist you, please share a screenshot of the Google Home app's Home activity history by going to: On the Google Home app > select Settings > Privacy > Home Activity. For now, I suggest the following:
