I have this unit in my kitchen to be able to view recipes on line, Wish you have an actually browser link like Chrome on the device, but the problem is after about a minute of the page being displayed from the search feature it restarts the device. Do you know how annoying that it when you are trying to follow a recipe and then you have to go back and search it again and you end up doing this quite frequently.

version is Fuchsia 12.20230611.1.67

software version 53.110,0.549404370

chromecast firmware version 1.70.377722

Hi cau601,

Thanks for reaching out. We hear you — we can understand why you feel that way. A few questions: when did it begin? Were there any recent changes made? What is its distance from your Wi-Fi router? Also, what steps have you taken so far?

Let’s try to refresh your devices and observe if it makes a difference. First, reboot your Wi-Fi router, and once the network is back up, do the same thing to your Google Nest Hub Max.

Regards,

Juni

Hi there,

Thanks for the details you’ve shared. Try the factory reset; this erases all your personalized settings and restores the factory default settings. It won’t automatically reconnect to WI-Fi, and you’ll need to set it up again. Check out the article below to know more about it.

Factory reset Google Nest or Home speakers or displays

Thanks,

Juni
