hello, i recently bought a Google Nest Hub (2nd Gen) i’m trying out different photos through the Photo Frame feature but not all of them are working, i’m wondering why that may be happening. I have also attached the photos that didn’t appear on the hub, thanks in advance

This is not the experience we want you to have; let us help you. A few questions: was it working before? Were there any recent changes made? What country are you located in? What is the error message when selected pictures are not shown?
It would help a lot if you could do a sequential reboot first:
- Unplug the power cord from your router, followed by your Nest Hub (2nd Gen).
- Plug them back in after 3 minutes.
- Restarting your phone might also help.
You can adjust Photo Frame settings with the Google Home app or your Nest display.
Google Home app:
- Open the Google Home app
.
- Tap your device's tile.
- At the top right, tap Settings
Photo Frame
adjust the settings you want.
Nest display:
- From the bottom of your Nest display screen, swipe up.
- Tap Settings
.
- Tap Photo Frame
adjust the settings that you want.
If you have Voice Match enabled, you can also say 'Hey Google, change Photo Frame' to open Photo Frame settings on your Nest display.
Also, you can add or remove albums with the Home app or your Nest display.
Home app:
- Open the Home app
.
- Tap your device's tile.
- Tap Settings
Photo Frame
Google Photos.
- Select albums to add and deselect albums to remove.
Nest display:
- Say 'Hey Google, change Photo Frame'.
- Tap Google Photos.
- Select albums to add and deselect albums to remove.
Available albums include auto-selected albums like 'Recent highlights', your private Google Photos albums, and your shared albums that have a name.
