Google account change on nest hub

On my parents nest hub, I was using it for a bit and I tried to get my goodnight routine. When I said goodnight Tim (or something along those lines-I can’t really remember), it linked to my Google  account on the nest hub and will not switch back to the original account linked which was parents. Please help me fix this!

It would not let me change the account linked to a specific device. How do I do that?

Thanks for posting, @TimM4466. If you are unable to move your Google Nest Hub into your parent's account, you might need to do a factory reset on your display instead and set it up in the account you wanted it to be linked into. Once done, you should be good to go.

How do I change the Google account linked to my nest hub?

If you're changing the Google Account, you are in effect changing the owner. You could use Google Nest's moving guide:
