Google assistant can’t understand setting alarm

I’ve bought a Harman Kardon Citation Oasis smart alarm clock speaker but the Google assistant couldn’t understand setting the alarm. It keeps repeating on sorry, I don’t understand. I’ve used Google home mini before and i can get it to set alarm.
