Google display not showing all shared photos

Hi,

Having 1050 pictures in a shared album (they are all visible in Google photos app), some 200 pictures are added by shared members and those pictures are not showing on my Google hub display.

Also in home app settings it says 850 pictures.

How to fix this so all pictures are displayed?

I noticed that if I choose photo frame "experimental" Google weather frog and then change back to Google photos as picture frame then it shows 1050 photos for a while.

But in couple of hours it will show 850 pictures again.

Sounds like a bug.....

Thanks for visiting the Google Nest Community.

I know how it feels when something isn’t working the way it should. Try these steps:

• Open the Google Home app > Devices.
• Tap on your Google Nest Hub > Settings > Photo frame.
• Scroll down and change the Personal photo curation setting to Live albums only.
• Unplug Google Nest Hub for a minute > Plug back in. 
• Monitor.

I tried those steps and didn't make any difference, still showing about 200 picture less than what's in the album.

Let’s do some troubleshooting steps:
 

• Go to https://goo.gle/2UU8k79. Verify if the weblink shows all 1050 pictures in the shared album.
• Unplug your Google Nest Hub 2nd gen for a minute > Plug back in.
• Uninstall and reinstall the Google Home app > Log in to the app.
• Go to Devices > Tap Google Nest Hub 2nd gen device’s  icon > Settings > Photo frame. Check if it is now showing 1050 pictures in the shared album.

Hi,

Following the link you sent I confirm I see 1057 pictures to be exact.

Installed Google home app on a phone that never had the app installed and same issue, showing 873 pictures.

I have made screen shot of booth cases bit i don't know how to attach a document to this forum.
