Google h2c nest not powering on with my plug

Stuncrazy

I have 2 Google nests at my houc3 models h2c.

One of my units will not power on. I have unplugged it waited 10 seconds and plugged it back in and get no lights no indicator that it is receiving any type of power whatsoever. So I used the power cord from my second device and it powered on.

You may have connect the wires wrong or sometimes  what happens is that the screw that is holding down the thermostat wall plate at the bottom, is too high, which cause it to not close properly. Try removing the bottom wall plate screw then push on the thermostat to see if that works. Hope this helps.

This isn't a thermostat. It's a speaker.
