Google home disconnecting from wifi

Our Google Home and our Google Nest Mini keep disconnecting from our Wifi.

This is not a wifi issue as our wifi is stable and everything else is working.

Our Google Home App is up to date and we have tried all the suggestions such as rebooting, factory resets etc etc 

Driving us mad now!!!!!!!

If you have TWO Google Nest devices that keep disconnecting from Wi-Fi, perhaps it is worth considering whether it is a Wi-Fi issue after all. Do you have good Wi-Fi signal strength where your Google Home and Google Nest Mini are located?

They don’t disconnect at the same time. We have fast and stable fibre broadband with good signal strength. They were disconnecting before we had our new broadband and we’d hoped they would be ok after but they are not

  • How long did the device work before the connectivity issue started?
  • How was the connectivity issue discovered? Did the device give an audible error?
  • How long did the issue persist before it started to work again?
  • What’s your current Wi-Fi setup? What was the last Wi-Fi setup?

Is there any troubleshooter who can help me out there? What goes on is my Google home plus keeps saying try again in a little while. Sometimes it’ll work then I’ll go back to this. I don’t know what’s going on. Doesn’t Google Home plus have someone I can speak?

1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Select your device from the dropdown, click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.
