@Googlefan401, not sure but before I send you off to phone support, try unplugging the device for maybe a half-hour and see if that brings it back to life. Hopefully, it does, but if it doesn't you'll need to reach out to phone support.
Yea I left it off for a couple hours at first…tried again and then I left it off for 2 days….. I’ve even left it in the white screen in hopes that maybe it would just reboot on its own
