Hi
I need help.
I have a google home hub which worked perfectly in my previous property.
I have moved and since tried to connect to wifi and the message keeps stating password incorrect.
The only difference between the 2 property is that the new property is fitted with nest thermostat for heating. Which I still havent got the hang of.
I have taken the hub back to factory settings.
I have had another router sent by my provider.
I have returned the hub to Currys where I purchased and it connects all ok in the store..so it leads me to believe I have an issue with the hub because of the nest.
I need help to fully set up both products ultimately but ideally I just want the hub to work for listening to music you tube.
Any help great full.

Hi KJC180781,
Thanks for reaching out.
Sorry to hear about your experience with your connecting your Google Nest Hub to your thermostats. A few things I'd like to ask -- Are you using the same migrated account that you have used on your previous house set up? Are there any error message or prompt when you attempt to set it up in your new network?
Let's go ahead and make sure that all your thermostats and Google Nest speakers are connected in the same WiFi network and set up in the same home structure. After that, let's test it out one by one the devices to see if there are any changes on its behavior.
Let me know how it goes so we can move forward to the next steps.
Best,
Princess
