Google home hubs and speakers will not connect to my iPhone (not showing in Bluetooth),

My two Google home hubs and my one speaker have stopped linking to my phone. I can no longer play any music, l can’t link my Netflix, my Apple Music account etc. I literally can’t do anything.
All passwords remain the same
I have unplugged them all and then re started them
I have deleted the Google home app and reinstalled it
I have unlinked and linked the speakers
I have deleted the speakers and then re added them
The three devices are no longer showing on my Bluetooth connections on my phone
I have tried to add my phone via the new devices on the Google home hub, but it won’t connect
I have gone through so many different troubleshooting streams but have not got any answers

Hello folks,

Thanks for reaching out Google Nest Community.

We're sorry to hear about issues you're having with connecting your Google Nest speakers via Bluetooth. I also appreciate all the steps you've tried trying to resolve this.

Has anyone of you already tried to unpair their devices via Bluetooth? Let's give these steps a try:

Check which mobile device is paired with your device

  1. Open the Google Home app Google Home app.
  2. Tap Favorites or Devices .
  3. Tap and hold your device's tile.
  4. Tap Settings  and then Audio and then Paired Bluetooth devices.
  5. You'll find your mobile device and the date it was paired.

Unpair mobile device and your speaker or display

  1. Open the Google Home app Google Home app.
  2. Touch and hold the tile of the device you want to unpair.
  3. Tap Settings  and then Audio and then Paired Bluetooth devices.

Tap the X next to the device you want to unpair and then Unpair.

Also, trying a different device might help so we can isolate if this is a device specific issue or not.

Keep me posted.

Best,

Princess
