Google home isn't working

My Google home isn't working as the lights keep flashing and it won't respond. Rebooting doesn't work either

Sorry to hear about your experience with your Google Home speaker. Can you tell me what LED color are showing on top of it? 

Let's go ahead and perform a reset on your device and see if that would fix this.
