Hi.
I am have a Google home max for more than 1 year now.
1 month ago, randomly it started to reset by itself. If I am playing music o doing nothing, suddenly resets itself. It's random not every x time.
I already tried to hard reset, and nothing.
Anybody had that issue before?
Thanks.

Hey Stuardoovalle,
I am sorry to hear about the trouble you are having with the device. I wanted to check in with you, and see if I could be of any help. Do you mind me asking when the issue first started? How far from the router is the device? Do you have any other Google products that are having the same issue? Please let me know, as I would be happy to review further.
Best regards,
Jake

Hi Jake!
It started 2 months ago.
10 meters away, it has strong signal since I have a powerfull router
I do have more google products and none of them with that issue.
Now, las week, when streaming spotify or youtube music, 2 or 3 times when playing it began makig a noise like if the sound was stuck in a loop "rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr" and then, it restarted itself.
Troubleshooting that I did without success:
Reset to factory
Change ac outlet
