Google home mini bricked

So I go to try and use my google home mini Today and it's not working at all its completely bricked and I have no idea what to do now does anyone have any advice?

Have you tried a restart (either unplugging it for a minute and plugging it back in or by doing a "Reboot" from the Google Home app)? If that does not help, you could try a factory reset. and then reinstall it  It seems to work better if you first remove the device from the Google Home app.

Yah I tried all that I ended up getting a hold of google support and there going to send me a new one
