I came home after being gone a few days to my all of my Google Home Minis not working. Any command is met with "Your google home isn't set up yet, to get started download the Google home app...."
In my Google Home app, it was showing as offline in the location, but it was showing in my local devices. I was able to control the volume and see the technical details.
I rebooted the Home Mini and the same results.
I reset the Home Mini and set it up again to be met with a "There was a problem setting up Google Home Mini" after finalizing setup. It is now online in the location, but it still says the same message when issuing it any voice command.
I'm sure the replies are going to ask me to reboot my phone, reboot my router, reboot the mini again.... But why?
How about telling me why this started, a faulty firmware update? Can I disable firmware updates on the mini to prevent this in the future if that is the case?
I also shouldn't have to create a new home, set the device, then delete the home as I've seen suggested
System firmware version: 375114
Cast firmware: 2.57.375114

All of my Google minis went the same way but at different times. Sort of like they each reached a certain age and then just went insane. Nothing worked for long. Reseting them sometimes worried for maybe a while 24 period. The first time I contacted support they asked if I had YouTube music premium, which I have had for years. Since it was cheat. But what the heck would that matter? All the minis went out like that. Now my Home speaker is starting to act insane too. You ask it to play Beethoven and it replis "now playing Beethoven." Then it plays pop music. Google is on the verge of total failure.
