I had this google home for like 3 years now i used to use it but i stopped and i changed phones and just started using it again now i tried to connect it but it says i have to request and that the request failed i think i had another account with it but i dont jnow what it is anymore.
@Val_lerie07, I'd like to follow up on what @MplsCustomer suggested. Have you already tried performing a complete reset to your Google Home Mini? Let us know if resetting works.
