Google home not turning on

My google home mini will NOT turn on, there is no lights or anything, I have unplugged it about 10X and still nothing, I have rested it nothing happens please help me

Thanks for reaching out to the Speakers and Displays Community forum. We'd love to help.

 

A few questions: Is your Google Nest Mini plugged into a wall outlet or surge protector? Are other devices receiving power from the same outlet? Are you using the official power adapter? When did the issue begin? Was there an electrical outage around the time the issue began?

 

Please try different wall outlets to roll out faulty outlet concerns. Use another power adapter if you have one available and if that does not solve the issue, discharge your Google Home Mini.

  1. Unplug the power adapter from the outlet and the speaker.
  2. Leave it unplugged for 20 seconds.
  3. Plug the power adapter into the speaker.
  4. Plug the other end of the power adapter into a working wall outlet.
  5. Check if any LED lights appear on the front of the speaker.

It’s not the outlet, I have plugged it into every outlet in my house. And no lights are coming on the google home mini
