Google home speakers cutting out

Hello, I have 2 google home mini speakers in various parts of my house and both very well connected to Wi-Fi.  When I stream radio stations it works perfectly for ad long as I like, when I ask it to play an artist and it does so from my Spotify account the speaker stops playing and cuts off every time after a few minutes and then reboots and turns back on. Why is this happening? I have a paid Spotify account linked to these devises in the app. I have disconnected and rebooted the speakers to no avail. This isn’t a wifi issue as it does everything else. It’s not a Spotify account issue as I use it fully from my phone but a compatible issue with my speaker playing Spotify.

What else do you have connected to your WiFi and is running when you stream. Try stopping anything else that's using WiFi data and try again. If that doesn't work try moving the unit closer to the WiFi

I'm jumping in to ensure everything is good here. Have you seen 5tiffler’s response? How was it?

Also, you can unlink your Spotify account from your Google Home app, unlink your account from the Spotify app, and uninstall and reinstall your Spotify app. Relink your Spotify account and see if the issue persists.

Hello, this is still an ongoing problem with my speakers despite rebooting , uninstalling etc.

Hi again Laurenhl2,

Please perform a sequential reboot on your Wifi router and Google Home speakers. Leave them all unplugged for three to five minutes before plugging them back in. Once done, check if they are now playing Spotify without cutting in and out.
