Google hub display & Bluetooth speaker

Hi I'm trying to connect my Kettler bluetooth speaker to my google home display but failing terribly, I can connect it to my phone and alexers no problem but it keeps failing on both my displays.

I can also connect other bluetooth speakers to the displays but my kettler fails!

Can anyone help please?

Hi thanks for the info but it didn't work. I know it's not the kettler bluetooth speaker as I can easily pair this to new devices apart from my google displays.
