Google logo stuck on G logo screen

Google nest hub is stuck on the grey google logo I tried resetting with the side buttons tried unplugging the whole cord over and over 30 mins each time but it still doesn’t do nothing every time the restart starts it turns off and goes bad the gray logo

3. Wait for the device to turn on.
4. Release the volume buttons.
5. Once the device is in recovery mode, press and hold both volume buttons for 10 seconds.
